- Arrangement of Gas Safety Certificate and EPC
- Collection of Initial Monies
With this option we can register the deposit for you with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, if you have not already done so yourself. If so, then you need to provide us with your reference number before we can release any funds to you. {As required by the Housing Act 2004}
Full Management Option - one off Tenant Finders Fee plus a small monthly commission
