Once you have viewed a property and decided that you would like to apply for it, you are required to comply with the following:
A £150 holding/administraion fee {£200 per couple/family} {sorry no cheques} is required to remove the property from the market whilst your application is being processed. We will withold the property from the Rental Market for 48 hours, by which time we must have received your relevant documentation. Any further up front payments required prior to you receiving the keys will be discussed prior to you applying for the property (ie: Bond and Rent in Advance) {if applicable}
Your holding deposit/administration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE should you decide not to proceed with the tenancy for any reason or should you be refused the Tenancy or fail any application made to us.
Once your application has been approved, a start date for your Tenancy will be agreed between us, The Landlord and yourself. The initial monies must be paid on the day your Tenancy begins, if you wish to pay directly into our bank, the monies must show as CLEARED FUNDS before any keys can be released {if payment to be made via bank transfer, some banks take 3-5 working days to clear the payment}.
